There are 54 storage tanks with sensors to intimate the owner. It sends email, what’s app or any other communication possible to the manager if the storage is less or it is below the level set by manager. Once the operator enters the number of dishes and the recipes number the system starts automatically.

It is doing all the operations with the major condition of maintenance of hygiene. It does pre washing, post washing of vessels, washing of vegetables, cutting in different shapes, boiling, peeling, meshing, bulb breaking, auto feeding vegetables, pulses, nuts, lentils, spices, oil, water etc. it does sauté, temperature controlling, staring, boiling, making pest, making grevy etc. EVERY THING IS AUTOMATED.

It makes all types of Indian vegetarian dishes like Gujarati, Kathiawadi, Rajasthani, Punjabi and all types of south Indian dishes (except fermented items) with all north Indian dishes. Also it can take any recipe and one can enter end number of recipe for own cooking test and speciality.

The system is co ordinating more than 260 hardware and different mechanical systems to complete the whole operations. It required 30ft x 30ft kitchen with 20ft height.
