Automated Roti Maker

The Automated Roti Maker is fully controlled by computer with no manual interference. One has to fill the container of flour, water, oil, salt, and other spices (if required). Once the quantity is entered on the touch screen the machine will do all the operations automatically. It will take flour as per required quantity and the other ingredient’s will be dosed as per schedule. Once the kneading process is over, it will be cut into the required size dough. Towards the end, pressing and cooking of the roti will be done in the machine.

The system is having capacity to make 1400 reties an hour, it can make from 1mm thickness to 7mm thickness. It can make 2” diameter to 8” diameter roti.

The system is available in electrical hot plate and gas version.
